Easy access from the highway. Good location. Picnic table and grass in the back. Good Internet. Multiple entrances from the parking lot. Laundry facilities.

We appreciated the good bed, the pillows, the quiet, the ease and quietness of the heating system. The access to ice and drinks, and closeness to our parking. We will be back!!

Hotel has new owners. They did not have in room coffee makers yet but had coffee ready for me in the lobby daily at 4 A.M. Super nice people. If work takes me to Mankato again I will stay here.

I ended up in the area early and they were willing to work with me for an early check in, everything was clean. Location was easy to find. Close to gas station, harley dealership and some fast food. Bed was comfortable, had a fridge and clean towels.

No breakfast because of Covid! The bed was real comfortable. I usually have back pain but had none either morning when I woke up. The location was good, close to Caswell Park.

Room is clean & comfortable Staff is professional, friendly, & accommodating. Location is great - Hinniker Pond is close by. It's a great place to walk the dog. It's close to Belgrade Av. & Front St.7g

Basic, no frills. Our room was recently re-done. Clean and comfortable. GREAT value. Two nights for the price of one at most Mankato properties.
